This tool helps you learn Greek vocabulary through reading, listening, and interactive tools. Use the dropdown above or scroll down to view topics.

Quick Start

• Read Mode: The default list view. Click any Greek word to hear its pronunciation and definition.
• Audio Player: Use the floating play button (bottom) to read through the list continuously.
• Tools: Select different tools for memorization using the icon on the top-left of the header.

Read Mode

The standard list view for studying word data.

Features

• Word Click: Click a Greek word in the table to hear its pronunciation immediately.
• Navigation: Use the arrows at the top to change pages (10 words per page).
• Click the Header Pill: Click the “Words 1-10” button in the center of the header to jump to a specific page.

Flashcards

Test your recall. Switch to this mode via the top-left menu.

• Flip: Click the card or the Flip icon to reveal the answer.
• Grading: Mark yourself “Correct” (Checkmark) or “Wrong” (X).
• Smart Review: Words marked “Wrong” will be queued for immediate review at the end of the session.
• Swap Sides: Use the Sequence Options menu to swap Front/Back.

Blocks

Choose the correct Greek word for the English definition from 4 options.

Scramble

Reassemble the Greek word by clicking its syllables in the correct order. Be careful of the “distractor” tiles!

Test

A standard multiple-choice quiz. Select the correct English definition for the Greek word.

Audio Options

Control how the audio player behaves during read mode.

• Continuous Words: If checked, the player will continue to the next page automatically.
• Word Range: Define a specific range (e.g., Word 5 to 15) to loop or study.
• Speed: Adjust playback speed from 0.5x to 1.5x.

Display Options

Control the visual appearance of the vocabulary list.

• Font Size & Line Spacing: Adjust for readability.
• Part of Speech & Frequency: Toggle columns on or off in the list view.
